This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 921 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Despite the receipt of notice, none represents the second respondent.

4. The petitioner would state that he sustained grievous injuries in a road traffic accident that took place on 19.05.2014 and due to his poor health conditions, the delay of 921 days occurred in filing this appeal.

5. The reasons assigned by the petitioner appears to be acceptable and reasonable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 921 days shall stand waived.
