JUDGMENT

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order dated 28.01.2019 made in W.P.No.5142 of 2017, the present appeal has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and the matter was directed to be listed on 12.07.2021. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant and hence this writ appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
