Crl.M.P.No.17017 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.17017 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.23416 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to modify the satisfaction Court as the Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam instead of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2022 vide order dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a lady and the defacto complainant is a usurious money lender and she may apprehend, if the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai and her life is a danger. Thereby, he seeks for modification of the satisfaction Court to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to modify the satisfaction Court as the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam instead of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madukkarai in Crl.O.P.No.23416 of 2022 vide order dated 27.09.2022. The petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court is extended by two weeks from the date on which the present Order copy is being made ready, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
