This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25227 of 2022, dated 18.10.2022 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to Mettur Paventhar Bharathidasan Narpani Mandram.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that, " the petitioner shall donate a sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) to the credit of the METTUR PAVENTHAR BHARATHIDASAN NARPANI MANDRAM; A/c No : 6527280724; IFSC code : IDIB000M034; Bharathi Nagar, Mettur Dam-1, Salem District; for the purpose of constructing library and on such donation the petitioner is directed to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled".
