Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.MANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.DORAISAMY, Advocate for the 2 to 9 Respondents, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to set aside the order dated 25.04.2017 and restore the M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2011 in A.S.No.65 of 2010.

2.The order dated 25.04.2017 has been passed in M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2011 which was dismissed for default since there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.The respondents 2 to 9 had entered appearance through learned counsel and he has no objection for the petition being ordered.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2011 are restored back on file.

5.Post the M.P.Nos.1 to 3 of 2011 along with A.S.No.65 of 2010 on 20.09.2021.
