This application has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21997 of 2022 on 15.09.2022 the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Salem daily at 10.30 a.m.

on all working days, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court regularly on all further hearing dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
