This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.Nos.12153, 12145 & 12149 of 2022 on 25.05.2022 to appear and sign before the concerned police station on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m. (monthly once) till further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
