C.M.P Nos.772, 774 and 571 of 2022 and 3448 of 2020 in C.R.P. (NPD) No.2614 of 2014 J. NISHA BANU, J., Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the order dated 04.04.2022 passed in C.M.P.Nos.772, 774 and 571 of 2022 and 3448 of 2020.

3. It is seen that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.04.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioners not pressed the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.772 and and 774 of 2022 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. However, inadvertently, vide dated 04.04.2022, the petitions in CMP.Nos.772, 774 and 571 of 2022 and 3448 of 2020, were dismissed as not pressed.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, Paragraph Nos.5 and 6 of the order, dated 04.04.2022, is modified as follows:

"5.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would state that he is not pressing the petitions in C.M.P.Nos.772 and 774 of 2022 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, C.M.P.Nos.772 and 774 of 2022 are dismissed as not pressed.

6. Insofar as C.M.P.Nos.3448 of 2020 and 571 of 2022 are concerned, taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the averments in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these two petitions are ordered as prayed for. Accordingly, the CRP.No.2614 of 2014 is restored to file. Post the main Civil Revision Petition in the usual course."
