Heard Mr.A.R.Nixon, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to dispose of the representation dated 05.04.2017 made by the Petitioner within a time fixed by this Court and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

thereby direct the Respondents to set right the wrong fixation of scale of pay as per service register.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the First Respondent by Order in Na. Ka. No. 5430/2017/D1 dated 05.11.2019 granted certain monetary benefits to the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges receipt of a copy of the same. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
