This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2015 and to investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 03.11.2015 given by the petitioners, it essentially appears to be a civil dispute. However, petition enquiry is conducted and closed on 04.04.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioners across the bar.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
