(CRIME NO.170 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order in Crl.OP.No.24259/2021 their appearance condition was the petitioner shall report to the respondent police at every Wednesday 10.30 p.m until further order dated on 20/12/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S K.KANNAN Advocate for the petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR(PUDUCHERRY)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.24259 of 2021 on 20.12.2021.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
