This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the fair and final order passed in I.A.No.1265 of 2016 in O.S.No.72 of 2013 on the file of the No.II, Additional District Court, Tiruppur, dated 03.01.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that already the matter has been settled between the parties in Lok Adalat at Tiruppur District Court, dated 24.02.2021 and the suit may be dismissed as settled out of Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this suit is dismissed as settled out of Court.
