Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original petition has been filed under Sections 482 of of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition with respect to "the petitioners are directed to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore South Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed vide order dated 22.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.4176 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur in Crime No.673 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed by the Court below.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pursuant to the orders passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Vellore dated 22.08.2019 in Crl.M.P No.4176 of 2019, the petitioners are staying at Vellore and reporting before the Vellore South Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m from 28.08.2019.

3. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners prays to relax the condition.

4.Accordingly, the condition imposed in the order dated 22.08.2019 in Crl.M.P No.4176 of 2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
