Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his Proceedings Mu.Mu.No.11326/G2/E2/2016 dated 20.12.2016 and the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.9860/A1/2014 dated 18.01.2016 and quash the same, and direct the Respondents to give prior permission for the proposed punishment of removal from service.
