A.No.5533 of 2023 in C.S.No.11 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J., This application has been filed seeking to grant leave to the applicant herein/the 4th defendant in the above suit to file additional documents, listed below and mark the same as exhibits in the above suit.

2. Considering the nature of averments and it is only in respect of filing additional documents, this Court is of the view that the documents will be received subject to the proof and relevancy. It is open to the respondent/defendant to raise objections as to the admissibility of the documents during the cross examination.

3. Accordingly, this Application is ordered. The Registry is directed to post this suit before the Additional Master - III for recording evidence on 09.11.2023. The evidence shall be recorded within one month.
