This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for the relief of quashing the FIR registered in Crime No.156 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Keelapalur Police Station.

2.Heard Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent. No representation for the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as 2nd respondnet, even after showing the name of the petitioner in the causelist.

3.Today, when the Criminal Original Petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent, on instructions would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned Crime No. i.e., 156 of 2019, the respondent police completed investigation and filed final report. He would further submit that the final report filed by the respondent police was taken on file by the Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate No.2, Ariyalur in C.C.No.38 of 2020, and the same was posted for trial proceedings.

4.Hence, in view of the same, since already investigation has been completed in this case, the question of quashing the FIR does not arise. Therefore, in this case nothing survives for further adjudication.
