These two applications have been filed by the applicants/proposed plaintiffs, i) to bring the applicants herein i.e (i) Mrs.D.Kalavathi, Wife of Late. B.Dhanapalakrishnan, aged about 68 years, ii) D.Udayakumar, Son of Late, B.Dhanapalakrishnan, aged about 44 years, iii) D.Kavitha, Daughter of Late B.Dhanapalakrishnan, Wife of Muraleekumar, aged about 41 years iv), D.Kamalakannan, Son of Late B.Dhanapalakrishnan, aged about 37 years, as the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff namely Mr.B.Dhanapalakrishnan, as the plaintiffs 2 to 5 in the above suits viz., TOS No.32 of 2009 and C.S No.597 of 2011.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants have no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, these two applications are allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
