The instant Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the third respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed her postgraduate course, as tabulated hereinbelow:- Sl.

It is the specific submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner joined the postgraduate course in May 2020 and, due to intervening maternity holidays, she could not complete the course within a period of three years. However, she completed the course in June 2024. He would further submit that, though she executed a bond for two years service, the Government, vide G.O. (Ms) No.351, Health and Family Welfare (MCA-1) Department, dated 27.10.2023, has reduced the bond period for those who joined the course in the academic year 2020-2021 to one year, which is squarely applicable to this petitioner. This factum was further vindicated in the order dated 15.04.2025 in the writ petition in W.P.No.13100 of 2025, when it was disposed of against the fourth and fifth petitioners therein. In paragraph 4 of the order, it has been clearly stated that the petitioners' bond period has expired in May 2025. 3.2. He would further submit that, though a posting order was issued 3/6
on 28.07.2024, subsequently, the same was cancelled. Thereafter, on 30.06.2025, a letter was issued to the petitioner, which is impugned in the present writ petition, asking her to attend the counselling. It is the specific submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned letter was issued subsequent to the completion of the bond period. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is entitled to get back her original certificates.
4. The above submission was fairly admitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
5. In view of the completion of the bond period in June 2025 and no posting order having been issued so far, the petitioner is entitled to get back the original certificates. Accordingly, the impugned order dated 30.06.2025 is hereby quashed as against the petitioner. The respondents are directed to return the original certificates of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is allowed. Consequently, the 4/6
