The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused 1 and 2, were apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.98 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that the complaint of one Somu dated 14.04.2016, no such complaint is registered.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail is dismissed as not maintainable.
