This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 234 days in representing the appeal as against the judgment dated 30.09.2024 passed in C.C.No.2763 of 2019 on the file of the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 234 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
