This petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/third party and permit her to file the civil revision petition against the order passed in O.S.No.139 of 2016 dated 07.07.2022 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not the party to the suit, however, she has been aggrieved by the decree passed by the District Munsif Court, Chengalpattu. He further submitted that the decree had been obtained by the plaintiff in a fraudulent manner and the plaintiffs had willfully not impleaded the petitioner as a necessary party in the suit. Therefore, the petitioner seeks leave to file the revision petition against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.139 of 2016 dated 07.07.2022.

3. In view of the above, the revision petitioner has made out a prima facie case. Therefore, leave is granted. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve papers on the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 & 2.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 12.09.2024 Note : Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is, otherwise, in order.
