C.M.P. No. 26863 of 2019 in C.M.A. SR. 121750 of 2019 V.M.VELUMANI, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 45 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr. K. Moorthy, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 2nd respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, no notice is necessary for the 2nd respondent.

4. Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the delay of 45 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
