The petition has been filed to relax the condition(b) the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Tirupur, on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21013/2024 dated 29.08.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
