The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's land measuring 0.57.90 in S.F.No.396/1 situate at Dyaranadurgam Village, Shoolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, within a stipulated period.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and he paid necessary charges for surveying and measuring the properties through online on 19.04.2022 and since there is no response, has filed this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to survey and measure the petitioner's land and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame. 4.Perusal of records disclose that the petitioner has not made any representation to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the subject property. Hence, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to make 2/4
representation to the respondents seeking to survey and measure the subject property, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
