This petition is filed to extend the time for execution of sureties in the order dated 19.08.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.19218 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that as the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody in connection with another case in Crime No.1 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tirupur, he was unable to appear and execute the sureties in time.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted accedes to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and further submitted that the petitioner was granted bail in the said Crime No.1 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.23514 of 2024 today i.e 21.10.2024.
