The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Principal District Judge, Chengalpet, to dispose of E.P.No.148 of 2017 within time frame.

2. In view of the limited prayer made in the revision petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even if the notice is not served on the respondents.

3. Perusal of the typed set of papers would suggest that the petitioner herein obtained a money decree against the respondent on 18.06.2015 and the same was put into execution in E.P.No.148 of 2017.

4. Having regard to the fact, the execution petition is of the year 2017, this Court is inclined to direct the Court below as expeditiously as possible.
