This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No. 466 of 2016 dated 29.02.2016 on the file of the Principal Session Judge of Dharmapuri and grant to permission to extent the time to execute the sureties in Crl.M.P.No. 198 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016 on the file of the Principal Session Judge of Dharmapuri.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein, and without going into the merit of the orders passed by the Court below. 3.Time granted by the learned Principal Session Judge, Dharmapuri, dated 28.01.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.198 of 2016 to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which, the copy of the order is made ready.
