ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of RCOP.No.1323 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision, even without notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioners filed a Rent Control eviction petition against the respondents on the grounds of owner's occupation, demolition and reconstruction. The eviction petition is of the year 2017.

4. The perusal of the E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest the matter has been adjourned from 25.07.2018 onwards, for recording of evidence, without any substantial progress. 2/4

5. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of RCOP.No.1323 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
