The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 22.09.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents on 22.09.2015. But the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have approached the Service Provider, US Domain but they are not willing to provide any details and hence, the complaint was closed. He would also submit that closure report has been furnished to the petitioner.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
