ORDER
The matter has been listed today under the caption 'being mentioned'. 2.The learned counsel for both parties state that the parties are praying to have the suit itself disposed of expeditiously and hence seek modification in the order. 3.In view of the same, Para No.4 of the order dated 18.07.2025 shall read as follows: "4. Considering the limited requests made by both side counsels, the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Cheyyar, is directed to dispose of the suit in OS.No.337/2003, within a period of three
months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. " 4.Except for the aforesaid corrections, the order dated 18.07.2025 remains unaltered in all other respects.
13-08-2025 jrs Note : The Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid corrections and issue a fresh copy of the order on 14.08.2025 to the learned counsel for the parties.

O R D E R
Challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 31.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional District Munsif Judge at Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S.No.337 of 2003.
2. The plaintiff and the defendant in O.S.No.337 of 2003 are the petitioner and the respondent
herein respectively.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner and as well as the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the parties are aged about 75 years and therefore they pray for the final disposal of the suit itself.
4. Considering the limited request made by both side counsels, I direct the learned Additional District Munsif Judge, Cheyyar to dispose of the I.A. No. 1 of 2024 in O.S.No.337 of 2003, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Thereafter, the trial court should try to dispose of the suit itself as expeditiously as possible considering the age of the parties.
