The above Criminal Original Petition is filed with a prayer not to harass the petitioner.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Criminal Side would submit that the fourth respondent in the criminal original petition who is the mother in law of the petitioner has given a complaint and only to enquire the said petition, the petitioner's presence is necessary.

3. Therefore, let the petitioner be present before the respondent police on 13.08.2025 and the enquiry shall possibly be completed on the same day or even if it is further necessary enquiry shall be completed as expeditiously as possible.
