2. Heard Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, on 30/9/2022, at para 6, directed the respondent to execute the sale deed in favour of the petitioner, subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores only), within a period of two months, in two instalments, i.e., on or before 3/11/2022. Due to typographical mistake, it has been wrongly typed as 3/11/2022 instead of 30/11/2022. Hence requests this Court for modification of the date.
