These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 11 and 12 herein as legal representatives of deceased 4th respondent in both the above Second Appeals respectively.

2. Ms. K.Bhanumathi, learned counsel for petitioner/appellant submitted that pending appeal, the 4th respondent died on 15.07.2019. She would submit that during the pendency of Second Appeals, as the right to sue survives on the legal heirs of 4th respondent, she has filed the above petitions. Hence, she prayed to allow the above petitions.

3. Mr.G.R.M.Palaniappan learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 appeared and stated that he has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, these petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 4th respondent are impleaded as respondents 11 and 12 in both the above Second Appeals respectively.

5. Issue notice to the proposed respondents 11 and 12 through court and post returnable by 23.08.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of both the Second Appeals respectively and post the matters on 23.08.2022.
