This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.8(a) by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17673 of 2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offences involved and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
