(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner makes a grievance that the flow area of streamline path in S.No.222/2C, 222/4 in and around the revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
jurisdiction of Panapakkam Venugopalakrishnapuram Village, Muthugondapuram Village and Gulur Village, Thiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District, has been encroached upon and despite the representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2016 to the first respondent and 19.08.2016 to the second and third respondents, there has been no progress on the complaint. It has been pointed out that on 27.07.2016, the first respondent had, in fact, called upon the third respondent to make an enquiry in respect of the allegation of encroachment. But that still had no effect.
2.We, thus, direct the third respondent to carry out an inspection of the area within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and in case, any encroachment is found, the second and third respondents will take action in accordance with law within a maximum period of three (3) months of the said date of inspection.
