One of the proposed party viz., the 4th respondent has been served and notice sent to the 5th respondent has been returned un-claimed which is treated as proper service.

2. Accepting the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications both these applications are ordered. The proposed parties are brought on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and arrayed as respondents 4 and 5 in A.S.No.17 of 2015 and respondents 3 and 4 in S.A.No.220 of 2010.
