CMP No.2073 of 2023 in S.A.No.489 of 2011 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition has been filed by the petitioners/appellants to restore the judgment dated 24.08.2021 passed in S.A.No.489 of 2011, which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. The delay in filing the petition for restoration of the above Second Appeal had been ordered by this Court on 10.01.2023, considering the sufficient reasons that have been given. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have also been given for restoration of Second Appeal, this petition is allowed and the Second appeal No.489 of 2011 is restored to file.
