The applicant is having the benefit of an order of interim injunction as prayed for in this application from 19.09.2024 onwards.

2. This Court by its earlier order, dated 02.12.2024 also made the interim injunction absolute.

3. Till date, no counter has been filed in this application by the respondents even though several opportunities were granted for filing the same. Since the applicant has made out a prima facie case and the balance of convenience and irreparable hardship has also been established, this application has to be allowed as prayed for.
