This petition is filed to delete the second petitioner in the main C.R.P.

2. Since the C.R.P. is yet to be numbered, the question of notice to the respondent does not arise. Moreover, since the petitioner wanted to give up the second petitioner, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The amended copy of the C.R.P. be filed by the revision petitioner to the Registry. Once the amended copy is filed, Registry is directed to verify the same and if it is otherwise in order, proceed to number the main C.R.P. and post for admission.
