The petition has been filed to amend the husband's name of the petitioner in cause title at Chitti Babu instead of Jeyakumar in Crl.O.P.No.21944/2024 dated 06.09.2024.

2. Considering the submission made on by both sides, this Court is inclined to amend the husband's name of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Amendment Petition is ordered.
