By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. According to the petitioner, he was working as Supervisor in Shop No.9323. He was placed under suspension for alleged irregularities. Subsequently, a charge memo was given and after enquiry, he was terminated from service by the second respondent on 17.03.2015. The appeal filed before the Senior Regional Manager was also dismissed confirming the order of termination. Challenging the order, the petitioner has filed the revision petition before the first respondent on 05.10.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.C.Prakasam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Muthuraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner dated 05.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
