Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this Writ Petition, and without going into the merits of the case, we direct the 2nd Respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2019, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
