J U D G M E N T

(Delivered by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 29.07.2024 in W.P.No.4338 of 2022.

2. Even though it is admitted that the parties have no grievance about the directions, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the order impugned in the writ petition is an order refusing to cancel patta and that the learned Single Judge has set aside the order. Therefore, his grievance is that status quo has been disturbed by the order impugned, even though a direction is given to the civil Court to dispose of the suits which are pending between the parties.

3. In view of the fact that the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent has no serious objection for a direction to the civil Court to dispose 2/4

of the suits uninfluenced by any of the observations or findings of the revenue officials in the order which is impugned in the writ petition, this Court confirms the order of the learned Single Judge and the civil Court is directed to dispose of the suits purely on merits, uninfluenced by any of the observations or findings of the revenue officials in the order impugned in the writ petition . With the above direction, this writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Connected C.M.P. is closed.
