ORDER

This petition has been filed as against the order dated 13.08.2024, passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu in Memo dated 13.08.2024 filed by the petitioner in S.C.No.45 of 2015. 2.

It is seen that after filing complaint, the petitioner filed memo seeking amendment of street name in respect of alleged occurrence in the complaint lodged by the petitioner in S.C.No.45 of 2015. The trial Court rejected the same since the amendment cannot be permitted by way of memo.

This Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the Court below. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file necessary application in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
