ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to restore W.P.No.8601 of 2004 which had been dismissed for default on 07.08.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the fourth respondent who have expressed no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering no objection expressed by the learned counsels appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4, this petition stands allowed. The order of dismissal of the writ petition dated 07.08.2019 is set aside and the writ petition is restore to file.
