Crl.M.P.(MD) No.13012 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12313 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for relaxing the condition imposed while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 20.07.2023.

2. This Court had directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police every Friday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners are complying with this condition. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also brought to the notice of this Court that the de facto complainant has filed a petition for transfer of investigation in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16463 of 2023 and the same is pending before this Court. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police every Friday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders is relaxed and the petitioners shall report to the respondent police as and when required.
