We have passed a judgment dated 26.06.2019 in W.A.No.39 of 2017 taking into account the submissions made on behalf of the respondents that it is not necessary to set aside the appointment of respondent Nos.3 and 4 and they would accommodate the appellant as there are posts available.

2. The direction was issued on 26.06.2019 and the respondents were directed to comply with the order within a period of three weeks.

3. We are informed that the State is yet to implement the order passed by this Court.

4. We direct the Registry to number a suo motu Contempt Petition impleading Mr.Harvinder Singh, Principal Secretary, Municipal 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
