This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9771 of in Crl.O.P.No.32247 of 2022 dated 20.07.2023 to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that a draft charge sheet has been ready to file and the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9771 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32247 of 2022 dated 20.07.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
