This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for eight weeks passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7307 of 2024, dated 19.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied the said condition regularly. 3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that due to ill heath, the petitioner is only complied the condition for one week, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday of first week of English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is modified.
