Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to initiate forthwith criminal prosecution against the respondents 5 to 7, 9 and 10 for having sold and for having purchased the Lands and Properties of the 5th respondent Mills at the above mentioned address, without getting prior permission from the 8th respondent Tribunal in I.D.No.23 of 2012 under Sections 33(1)(a) of the I.D.Act, as per Sections 31 and 32 read with Section 34, either on their own or by authorizing our Union and the respondents 5 to 7, 9 and 10 to deposit the entire sale consideration already paid and received and yet to be paid, to the credit of I.D.No.

23 of 2012 and the Respondents 9 and 10 not to sell the lands and create any charge or encumbrance over the properties of the 5th respondent Mills, till the dispute in I.D.No.23 of 2012 pending on the file of 8th respondent is either adjudicated or settled in the manner known to law, award costs.
